General qualification requirements for competition participants:

The position of the chief academic secretary is appointed to a person who has a doctor’s degree or a candidate of sciences, scientific works, experience in scientific and (or) organizational work for at least 3 years. The post of academic secretary can be appointed for up to 3 years, or highly qualified specialists in the relevant field of knowledge with the specified work experience may be appointed.

Functional duties:

– Leads the preparation of proposals for comprehensive perspectives and annual plans of scientific research and development, and also coordinates thematic plans of research works carried out by structural divisions, organizations and enterprises in their joint implementation.

– Organizes control over timely and high-quality implementation of scientific projects and preparation of summary reports on the institution’s activities.

– Provides coordination in the development of the main directions of the institution’s work, plans and programs to increase the efficiency of its activities, improve the organization of work and management.

– Prepares projects of work plans of the academic council, controls their execution and implementation of decisions made by the council.

– Prepare proposals for plans for the publication of scientific works, ensure their review, as well as conduct scientific conferences, meetings, seminars, discussions.

– Organizes certification of employees, development of criteria and methods of evaluation of activities.

– Coordinates the activities of scientific and auxiliary departments of the enterprise.

– Preparation of proposals for training and improving the qualification of scientific personnel, training of scientific staff.

– Preparation of strategic and current activity plans of enterprises.

– To support and assist in the participation of active young scientists and specialists in research projects.

– Communication between master’s and doctoral students of the Institute and the Center for the Training of Scientific Personnel.

A person with a higher professional or technical education and up to 1 year of work experience is appointed to the position of chief manager of the department of experimental and experimental works.

Functional duties:

– Organization, systematization, reception, accounting, classification and registration of incoming scientific and technical information

– Study and systematic clarification of the needs of employees and students of the Institute in scientific and technical information.

-Collection, analysis and generalization of information from domestic and foreign sources of scientific and technical information on the main scientific directions of the Institute.

– Formation and support of the general institute information base for scientific research and development.

– Control of research and experimental design works planned and carried out by the Institute together with the laboratories.

– Dissemination of information about achievements in the field of scientific research and development of the Institute.

– Informing employees and students of the Institute about scientific and technical events, organizing their participation in these events.

– Provision of consulting services in the field of preparation and implementation of scientific projects.

– Work with mass media to spread information about the Institute, its projects and services

– Implementation or PR support of special events (exhibitions, conferences, seminars, presentations, etc.)

– Support on the website of the Institute.

– Maintenance, development and use of relations with various groups (universities, research institutes, scientific centers, private partners)

– Provision of conditions for storage and retrieval of scientific and technical information.

– Compilation of a report on the activity of the department of experimental works.

General qualification requirements for competition participants:

Senior expert is appointed by a person who has a design engineer without a category: higher (or post-graduate) education without requirements for work experience or technical and professional, after secondary professional education in the relevant specialty (qualifications) and work experience of at least 3 years.

Functional duties:
– Develops sketch, technical and working projects of particularly complex, complex and medium complexity products, using design automation tools, advanced experience in the development of competitive products, ensures compliance of the developed structures with technical tasks, standards, safety and labor protection norms, requirements of the most economical technology production, as well as the use of standardized and unified parts and assembly units in them;

– creates kinematic diagrams, general layouts and theoretical connections of individual elements of constructions based on basic diagrams and sketch projects, checks working projects and controls drawings according to the specialty or profile of the work, takes sketches of complex parts from nature and performs complex detailing;

– carries out technical calculations for projects, technical-economic and functional-cost analysis of the effectiveness of designed structures, as well as calculation of risks during the development of new products, prepares instructions for the operation of structures, explanatory notes, maps of the technical level, passports (including patent and license), test programs, technical conditions, notices of changes in previously developed drawings and other technical documentation;

– studies and analyzes design documentation received from other organizations in order to use it in design and construction;

– coordinates the developed projects with other divisions of the organization, representatives of customers and supervisory bodies, economically substantiates the developed structures;

– participates in the assembly, adjustment, testing and commissioning of prototypes of products, units, systems and parts of new and modernized structures of the production organization, in the preparation of applications for inventions and industrial samples, as well as in works on the improvement, modernization, unification of the designed products , ikh elements and in the development of project standards and certificates;
