About Institute
RSE by REM “Joldasbekov Institute of Mechanics and Engineering" of the Science Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan was organized on October 16, 1991 for the intensive and targeted development of fundamental and applied research in mechanics, mechanical engineering and robotics in Kazakhstan.
Mission
Kazakhstan of highly qualified research specialists capable of developing new technologies and products, effective transfer of scientific achievements into the creation of the latest designs of equipment and technologies competitive on the world market, to ensure sustainable industrial growth and competitiveness domestic industry, to increase the investment attractiveness and innovation activity of knowledge-intensive sectors of the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Goals
Carrying out activities in the field of scientific research.Conducting fundamental and applied scientific research in the field of mechanics and machine science; Conducting experimental work on the development, implementation and development of applied technologies, creating prototypes of new equipment in the scientific field of the Institute, including the creation and implementation of mechanical and mathematical models of high-tech technologies, including models in the oil and gas industry, mining, mechanical engineering, geomechanics, and machine mechanics.
Strategy
The strategy positions the Institute as a Center of Competence in scientific and technical activities and training of scientific personnel and highly qualified engineering and technical specialistsin the field of mechanical engineering, including industrial engineering, robotics and artificial intelligence.
